Meet Our Team

Matt oversees the development and execution of IAP’s strategic investment initiatives. He specializes in private placement strategies across asset classes, deal type, and capital structure. His team deploys qualitative and quantitative scrutiny to negotiate, implement, and monitor alternatives. Matt also serves as Managing Director of Verdence Capital Advisors OCIO business. He was formerly Regional Director of Consulting at Fortigent, LLC.

Kevin is the Chief Compliance Officer who is primarily responsible for the implementation of IAP policies and procedures, and overseeing the compliance activities for the firm.

Leo provides focused leadership and a clear vision for the firm's growth. He supports the team's unique, positive work culture, and he challenges individuals and aims to achieve at high levels.

As an Alternative Fund Specialist, Emily provides a wide variety of client and support services, assisting the advisory and executive teams. Emily previously served as an Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). During her tenure at UMBC, she was a mentor for the Economic Council.

Tom provides full 360-degree operational leadership by focusing on the 3 P’s – People, Process, and Performance – as a way to continuously improve the shared client and team experience. He works in tandem with the Executive Director to set growth strategies and process improvements.
